1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Italygonia website and your purchase of guided tours, naturalistic experiences, and other activities offered by ITALYGONIA TRAVEL di Pignataro Gennaro (hereinafter “Italygonia”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Offered
Italygonia is a tour operator and the organizer of all experiences offered on this website. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Guided tours (city tours, cultural tours, sightseeing)
- Naturalistic experiences (hiking, nature tours)
- Experiential activities (bike tours, boat tours, street food tours, tastings at wineries or olive mills)
- Private tours and group tours
All services are carried out by our external collaborators across Italy. Italygonia coordinates and organizes the activities, manages bookings, and handles payments and customer support.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are made online through the Italygonia website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. No deposit or advance payment is accepted.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay.
- Booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including name, billing address, email, and phone number, as these are necessary for invoicing and communication.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the start date/time of the tour.
- In case of cancellation within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation policies are the same for private and group tours.
- In the event of delays or issues caused by third-party providers (drivers, guides, wineries, etc.):
- If the delay is minor, the tour proceeds as planned.
- If the delay is significant or the tour must be canceled by Italygonia, a full refund will be issued.
- Italygonia is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
5. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Italygonia acts as the tour operator and organizer for all experiences offered.
- All third-party service providers are expected to have their own insurance coverage.
- Italygonia holds the mandatory insurance policy as required by Italian law (Europ Assistance insurance).
- Clients are responsible for following safety instructions provided by Italygonia or third-party collaborators.
- Italygonia is not liable for minor delays or issues caused by external collaborators, unless such issues prevent the completion of the booked service.
- Clients accept the risks inherent in the activities booked (e.g., boat tours, bike tours, hiking) and confirm they are in good health and able to participate.
6. Minors
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Italygonia will not accept responsibility for unaccompanied minors.
7. Communication
Italygonia may contact customers via email or WhatsApp regarding bookings, service updates, or to request the billing address necessary to issue invoices in compliance with Italian law. Customers may also contact us via email or WhatsApp for questions or support.
We recommend avoiding the transmission of unnecessary personal information via messaging applications.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including data provided during booking, payment, and communication. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
9. External Links and Third-Party Providers
Italygonia may provide links or access to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Italygonia website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trani (BT), Italy.

Italygonia reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
